If you answered yes to any of these questions, we’re looking for you YMCA Activity Leaders enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment facilitating activities and games for children ages 5 - 12.

This posting is governed by the Collective Agreement between the YMCA Child Care Centers and BCGEU Local 303.

**Your qualifications**
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Experience working with children 5 - 12
- Emergency First Aid and CRC - C & AED
- 20 hours of training in Child Development, Child

Guidance and/or Nutrition an asset

**Your responsibilities**:

- Facilitate games and activities for children
- Engage and build relationships with children & families
- Ensure all children are safe and supervised at all times
- Follow all YMCA policies and procedures

**The important details**:
**Rate of Pay**:$20.81 per hour

**Benefits**: FREE Gym Membership and** **paid vacation days

**Location: Strawberry Hill YMCA Kids Clubs ( Surrey)**

**Terms**:Permanent, 30 hours per week

**Shift**:Monday to Friday 7:00am-8:30am and 2:00pm - 6:00pm (Split shift need to be able to work both shifts)
