**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and take messages as needed
- Handle inquiries and provide information about services and products
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and mail distribution
- Assist with customer check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Support dealership staff with various tasks to ensure smooth operations

**Qualifications**
- Class 5 Driver's License
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive or commercial truck dealership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
