**AI Integration & Automation Lead**

**Full-Time | Permanent or Contract | Ascendant Financial Inc. | Remote or In Team Support Centre**

We are embedding AI into every corner of our business to lower our Client Acquisition Cost (CAC), reduce Client Maintenance Cost (CMC), and multiply our team’s productivity—all while preserving the human touch.

We are seeking a **full-time AI Integration & Automation Lead** to own this transformation. You’ll be the go-to expert for turning AI strategy into execution, directly tied to measurable revenue and cost metrics.

**Your Mission**
- Integrate AI across marketing, sales, and client service to reduce CAC & CMC.
- Build and maintain a central AI data hub that connects KEAP, CRM, policy administration systems, and all marketing channels.
- Deploy predictive models for lead scoring, churn prevention, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Automate personalized campaigns, Advisor prep/follow-up, and client self-service interactions — all compliance-safe.
- Prove ROI through dashboards that track time saved, revenue gained, and costs reduced.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

**AI & Automation Execution**
- Connect systems via Make, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks to create seamless workflows.
- Deploy and maintain AI models using OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI.

**Marketing Optimization**
- Integrate AI into ad spend allocation to maximize ROAS.
- Create automated, personalized nurture sequences that adapt in real time.

**Client Service Innovation**
- Build AI-powered client self-service in Ascendant Advantage.
- Create proactive retention and cross-sell triggers for Advisors.

**Data & Reporting**
- Maintain and expand our BigQuery/Snowflake data hub.
- Build ROI dashboards in Looker Studio or Power BI.
- Present monthly reports on CAC/CMC trends and automation impact.

**What You Bring**
- 5+ years in marketing technology, revenue operations, or enterprise automation.
- Proven track record delivering AI-powered business outcomes in a regulated industry (finance, insurance, healthcare, etc.).
- Strong skills in API integrations, data structuring, and CRM automation (KEAP experience a plus).
- Hands-on with AI tools, prompt engineering, and compliance-safe AI deployment.
- Fluency in both technical language and business outcomes.
- **Bonus**: Experience with life insurance or MGA operations.

- CMC reduced by 25-35% through AI-driven self-service and automation.
