Your Opportunity:
This position reports to the Program Manager for Cross Level Services & Supports, Recovery Alberta, Central Zone. Core responsibilities include providing coordination and support to Recovery Alberta (RA) teams for program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives; and supporting data analytics through preparation of utilization and data reports for leadership teams including data extraction, analysis, and data visualization. Key components of this position include the following: Providing evaluation consultation, design, data collection/analysis, performance indicator monitoring and reporting. Assisting to identify alternative and/or new approaches to create procedural and service solutions aimed at improving RA processes/workflows/outcomes. Clarifying and refining data requests, gathering relevant information and delivering decision support to RA teams through routine and ad hoc reporting processes. Participating in the evaluation of RA services for efficiency through clinical outcomes and cost effectiveness initiatives. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the internal RA stakeholders & external stakeholders within the zone and across the province.

Description:
As a Program Evaluation Facilitator, you will provide leadership in the planning, implementation, evaluation and direction of patient care initiatives and staff team enhancement activities. You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of departmental and interdepartmental clinical practice impacting patient care. You will participate in the development of effective clinical processes in terms of policy, procedure, clinical practice standards and strategies to improve all aspects of clinical practice and patient care.

**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of bachelor's degree in a health related field. Active or eligible for registration with the applicable college.

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Minimum of 5 (five) years healthcare experience in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. Minimum 2 (two) years of experience working with clinical information systems. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Formal education in evaluation methodology, data analysis and utilization of large-scale data sets and analytical software (e.g., Tableau, RedCAP, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, SPSS) is essential. Tableau Certified Data Analyst. Credentialed Evaluator (CE) designation. Membership in Canadian Evaluation Society.
