**Position**: Machine Operator (Batter)**Schedule**: Full-time, 2:00pm - 10:30pm.**Location**: Fraserwood**Earn Up To**:$20.60As a member of the Production team, this employee plays a vital role in meeting production goals. The Batter Associate is responsible for the preparation of dough while operating all machinery in accordance with all safety and food-safety policies.**Here’s Who We Are**:

**Summ Responsibilities**:

- Assembly and disassembly of equipment at beginning and end of shifts.
- Operate machines safely and efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Ensures finished goods conforms with prescribed quality standards
- Perform necessary adjustments on the machine as required.
- Perform product changeover, cleaning and sanitizing as required.
- Accurately complete necessary production paperwork.

**Summ Requirements**:

- Mechanically inclined with a curiosity to learn
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred
- Able to lift 40 lbs, physically fit and able to work in an environment where repetitive movements and standing is required for prolonged periods
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English
