The Machine Operator plays a critical role by producing custom boxes and working as a team in a manufacturing environment. **We are hiring for our Tuesday-Friday, 1:15PM-11:45PM shift where you enjoy a 3 day weekend.**

Our courtesy shuttle bus provides transportation to many of our shifts. We would be happy to connect with you to discuss compensation and growth opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up, monitor the machine production and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure required productivity goals are achieved
- Control quality and waste while maintaining housekeeping standards
- Review schedule and complete necessary documentation
- Recommend improvements to operations and support continuous improvements efforts
- Flexible to perform other duties as assigned

**Salary**: $19.50-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
