**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed all client needs in the service department and determine the appropriate requests and/or needs for the clients vehicle.
- Develop a detailed and reasonable estimate of work to be performed on the clients vehicle
- Complete appropriate paperwork proficiently; routinely track all client vehicles while in the service areas and follow up with all clients in a prompt and professional manner.
- Answer all inquiries from clients, vendors and co-workers
- Maintain pending repair order paperwork by using a standard filing system that is available for immediate reference and retrieval
- Physically, manually and auditory inspection of vehicles and identify any additional technical work that may be required and have an eye for attention to detail for any defects, flaws, blemishes and damage either on the exterior or interior of the vehicle
- Consistently strive to achieve and exceed the company goals set out by the Service Manager
- Set up appointments for all vehicles that are in need of service
- Liaise with the Service Manager for prompt and efficient communication between all technicians and the client of any problems or concerns with the vehicle
- Obtain all customer and vehicle information in an organized fashion
- Explain the final invoice with work performed and billing to the client
- Any other duties assigned by Management

- The ability to work independently and in a team oriented setting
- Ability to multi task and prioritize work load
- Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable in dealing with clients, suppliers and co-workers
- Maintain records and prepare reports using a computer
- Able to work in a fast paced environment

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver's license
- Physical capacity to do some heavy lifting and willing to work in a indoor and outdoors environment
- Ability to learn our dealership software
- Experience working in any previous customer service role would be considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
