I-Gard Corporation is a leading manufacturer and provider of electrical safety products based in Mississauga, ON. Our solutions focus on providing continuity and safety in electrical systems by minimizing the risk of electrical hazards such as ground faults, arc flashes, and electrical shock. We offer a range of technologies and products, including High Resistance Grounding (HRG) systems, ground fault and arc flash protection relays, shock protection panels, and Absence of Voltage Testers.

We are re-entering the resistive load bank market with a product range from 100KW to 3.2MW and are in need of adding a Load Bank Project Manager. The product range will cover both air cooled and liquid cooled load banks which will be manufactured at our Mississauga, Canada facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to gather detailed technical and functional requirements for load bank solutions and define the product requirements,

Collaborate with other Telema Group companies to leverage existing technologies and optimize the design.

Work with I-Gard engineering and manufacturing to establish class leading products at industry leading lead -times and relaunch into this product vertical.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum of 3 years related experience in the load bank sector designing, selling or renting and servicing load banks

Canadian citizen or permanent resident or active work visa.

Strong organization and communication skills.

Experience with thermal dynamics an asset.

Compensation:
Base Salary of $120k plus bonus up to 40% of base salary, In Year 1 the bonus will be task related as we define and launch the product, In future years the bonus will be aligned with sales targets,

Additional compensation includes medical and dental benefits as well as matching RRSP program and company leased vehicle for local customer support.

Pay: $120,000.00 per year
