**About Us**:

We carry a wide selection of products including brands by Swarovski, Noam Carver, Korite, and Tissot. Our services include jewellery and watch repairs, custom designing, and appraisals. **Duties**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all jewellery customers
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery items
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide information on different types of jewellery
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various jewellery pieces
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized jewellery display area
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing jewellery items
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience

**About You**:

- Previous sales experience (2+ years) in Jewellery industry. Preferably working with a Goldsmith.
- Passion for jewellery as well as brand knowledge.
- Customer-centric. Emphasizes a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Communication skills. Stresses the ability to effectively convey information to customers and colleagues.
- Confident technology skills.
- Detail-oriented. Can identify the importance of accuracy, especially with valuable merchandise.
- Punctual.
- Tech-savvy. Comfortable and competence in using various technologies.
- Maintain a professional attitude and attire.
- Proficient in English.
