You will be responsible for training and developing sales managers to excel in hitting targets, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving outstanding sales performance. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on leadership. You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner to align departmental goals with the company's vision, optimizing sales processes and enhancing the customer experience. Your efforts will focus on creating a results-driven, motivated team that consistently delivers exceptional sales outcomes. **Please note: this role is a full-time, in office position** **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead, coach, and develop sales managers to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Design and implement training programs and innovative sales techniques to drive team performance. - Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies that align with organizational goals. - Analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize sales tactics. - Foster a positive, high-energy, and collaborative team environment that motivates employees and drives results. - Collaborate with internal and external departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. - Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's product offerings and provide guidance to the team and clients on the best use of these programs. **Qualifications**: - 2-3+ years of experience in a sales management role, ideally in the financial services or fintech sectors. - Experience managing 40+ staff members directly or indirectly as "manager of managers" - Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth. - Strong leadership and motivational skills, with experience managing high-performing sales teams. - Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach. **Additional Attributes**: - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial attitude. - Resourceful in developing creative solutions and strategies to meet sales goals. - Charismatic, results-driven, and collaborative, with a desire to foster a fun and engaging work environment.This is a truly exciting time to join Spring Financial and we are looking forward to doing great things together **In addition to a competitive salary, we provide**: - Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage - A great work environment in the heart of Downtown Vancouver - Transit-Friendly Employer (Transit allowance) - GRSP matching program - Opportunity for career development
