**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Utilize CCTV systems to observe and report any unusual behavior or incidents.
- Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any breaches of security protocols.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary to ensure safety and compliance.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the facility.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CCTV operation, loss prevention strategies, and surveillance techniques is preferred.
- Background in law enforcement is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
