**Job Title**:Client Partner

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving transformation in complex enterprise environments? Slalom is seeking a Client Partner to lead and grow key accounts in Alberta. This is a trusted advisory position where you'll shape the future of your clients' businesses while building long-term, high-impact relationships.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead with Influence: Serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives (VP, SVP, C-suite), helping them define and realize their vision through innovative solutions.
- Drive Growth: Own a revenue target of $2.5M+ annually, expanding Slalom’s footprint across multiple accounts. Utilization Accountability: Maintain a 40%+ individual utilization target, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.
- Deliver Excellence: Oversee delivery teams of 2-10+ consultants, ensuring high engagement and exceptional outcomes.
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute account strategies, lead pursuits, and manage complex contracting processes.
- Solution with Purpose: Collaborate with practice leads to design tailored engagement models that solve real business challenges.
- Champion Transformation: Guide clients through people, process, and technology transformations that drive measurable impact.
- Be a Culture Carrier: Represent Slalom’s values in leadership forums and client interactions, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

**And, what will I bring?**
- Industry Leadership: 10+ years in senior roles within oil & gas, travel, logistics, or related sectors—ideally as a decision-maker in large-scale technology transformations.
- Consulting Savvy: Proven success working with consulting partners to deliver enterprise-wide change.
- Client Relationship Mastery: Experience building trusted relationships in healthcare, manufacturing, and/or energy sectors.
- Transformation Expertise: A track record of leading programs that integrate strategy, operations, and technology.
- Team Leadership: Skilled in managing high-performing teams and individual consultants, with a focus on engagement and development.
- Business Acumen: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills with a focus on profitability and client satisfaction.

**Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements**
