Job DescriptionPartner Staffing is the "go to recruiter" for difficult, important, and time sensitive positions in Western Canada.  We work with proactive clients who understand the importance of having exceptional staff.Partner Staffing on behalf of our Client, Our client is seeking an experienced Bridge Project Manager for their Calgary office to lead the planning, design, and delivery of bridge and transportation structures projects across municipal, county, provincial, and private-sector clients.This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who enjoys managing complex infrastructure projects, mentoring teams, and working collaboratively across disciplines while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage bridge and transportation structures projects from concept through detailed design, tender, and construction supportAct as Project Manager and/or Project Engineer of Record, as appropriateManage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality controlCoordinate multidisciplinary teams including civil, geotechnical, environmental, and construction servicesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and stakeholdersOversee the preparation and review of engineering drawings, technical reports, and contract documentsSupport proposal development, fee estimates, and business development initiativesProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and intermediate engineersLiaise with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with municipal, provincial, and national design standardsParticipate in construction-phase services including site reviews, RFIs, and change managementQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) registered in Alberta (or eligible for registration)7+ years of progressive experience in bridge and transportation structures engineeringProven experience managing projects for municipal, county, provincial, and/or private clientsStrong working knowledge of CSA S6, Alberta Transportation, and municipal design standardsExperience with bridge types including concrete, steel, timber, and rehabilitation projectsProficiency with industry software such as SAP2000, MIDAS, LARSA, AutoCAD, and/or Civil 3DDemonstrated leadership, communication, and client management skills BenefitsPartner Staffing is Bringing Talent to Business.  With an experienced and dedicated recruitment team, we open doors to opportunities that you may not otherwise know about.  We are specialists in the field of providing high quality individuals to the Oil & Gas sector, Engineering/Procurement/Construction, and Utilities industries.  We look forward to hearing from you and discussing how we might be able to promote your careerRequirementsNew Build and Rehab design and/or project managment for Highway, Freeway, Municipal Roadways and Neighborhoods
