- Being in the know is your thing. Building a repository of competitive intelligence across multiple industries and business sectors, you provide critical insights to the Product, Marketing and Digital teams to enable the innovation of new service offerings;
- You have the ability to absorb client needs and develop an ecosystem of partner capabilities to execute and innovate offerings for the senior care market;
- You are a natural negotiator and know how to create strong strategic partnerships with the development of right terms and conditions and service level agreements to support a competitive advantage;
- Your expertise will enhance the collaboration with the Product, Design, and Technology teams to support Product Roadmaps, user needs, and Support vendor integration.
- You also excel at providing on-going relationship management, advising product capabilities, supporting implementation, serve as the escalation path go-to, and develop monitoring metrics.

Job Qualification

**Experience and Skills**
- Post secondary education in a related discipline;
- You have at least five (5) years' of experience in a similar role with previous management experience in a consumer marketing and corporate/brand strategy;
- Experience developing and managing partnerships in the senior care industry;
- Experience developing and managing partnerships in a product-led or service-led organization;
- Experience with legal contracts, legal business development and financial lifecycle of a business;
- Navigating and negotiating contracts in a complex and dynamic environment;
- Self-directed individual and being able to thrive on change and prioritize effectively;
- Able to achieve under pressure multiple tasks and time constraints;
- Ability to think strategically, critically and connect partnerships to business objectives and brand strategy;
- Exceptionally strong communication and presentation skills.
