**Shop & Inventory Assistant**

Neutron Electric is always seeking good people.

Neutron Electric is looking for a Purchasing & Inventory assistant to play a supportive, but key role in our ongoing growth and operations.

**Job Details**:

- Reports to: Office Manger
- Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day & OT if required.
- Location: Nisku, AB
- Salary Range $20.00 - $26.00 /hr.

**INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Help clean & maintain shop and workspaces
- Work directly with our office to prepare or receive inventory.
- Process & track purchase orders for material, supplies and inventory.
- Follow up on late or missing shipments or to report damaged goods.
- Verify vendor documentation, ensure that all goods have arrived intact and in the ordered quantity according to purchase orders.
- Respond to internal team inquiries on product availability
- Perform related duties as assigned by the Management team.

- Reliable, Honest & trustworthy
- Works well on a team
- Purchasing experience an asset
- Customer service oriented
- Detail oriented, organizational skills and management skills.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of Software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learner, ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
