**Job Title**: Line Cook
**Job Type**: Full-time, Seasonal
**Wage**: $17-$20
**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Assist with front-end duties such as assembling dishes, prepping ingredients, and cleaning during slower shifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
- Work in a high-pressure environment, ensuring food is prepared efficiently during busy periods.
- Lift and carry items up to 20 lbs. as necessary.
- Assist with any other kitchen duties as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Prior cooking experience, especially in short order cooking, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in hot, fast-paced conditions.
- Must be able to manage stressful situations and keep up in a busy kitchen environment.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the team.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Contract length: 5-6 months
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
