**What You’ll Do**:

- Grade and pack produce efficiently and with care
- Organize product for local grocery stores and customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Wash and sanitize baskets
- Count product for inventory
- Work for a family business that focuses on supporting our local economy and community, while promoting local farmers

**Job Details**:

- **Part-time seasonal position** (15-25 hours per week)
- **Could potentially grow into full-time position**:

- **Flexible hours**, shifts ranging between 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (no weekends) on an online scheduling app
- **4-8 Hour**average daily shift work
- **Team communication skills**, with ability to work unsupervised
- **Fast-paced work environment** with repetitive tasks
- **Physical ability** to lift, move and organize product + supplies
- **Physical agility** to move hands quickly and efficiently
- **Group Benefits available** for full-time positions (after completion of 90-day probationary period)
- Previous food service, grocery or warehouse experience is a bonus (but not required)

**What You’ll Need**:

- Great attitude, willingness to learn and take direction (we'll teach you the rest)
- Able to do repetitive and moderate physical work on your feet
- **Reliable transportation** (We’re located near Gull Lake, near Bentley just 15 minutes West of Lacombe)
