**Essential Functions**
- Perform daily cycle count activities
- Be able to take a scan gun and collect data of what is on a pallet, in a box and in the area that you are counting
- Undertake physical investigations into inventory that is not clearly labelled, packaged, or reported
- Work with Inventory Team to ensure that inventory is in a constant state of accuracy
- Report findings from cycle counts and other investigations
- Take data collected by location and inventory ID and report findings to team daily
- Ensure that any missing or incomplete data sets are validated and addressed
- Identify opportunities for improvement to increase inventory accuracy and integrity
- Perform level one root cause analysis of the origin of the discrepancy and physical verifications and report to inventory analyst
- Recommend and implement inventory controls both systematically and physically

**Other Duties**
- We work in a fast-paced environment, rolling up our sleeves to build something bigger than ourselves. Other duties may arise from time to time/most of the time and as a team, we look to support each other.

- We already know you are passionate about Inventory, but we want to know more about your story and experiences. You're good at the following:

- At least 1 year experience in a warehouse environment
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with ERP system and an RF scanner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and possess analytical skills to ensure success of daily tasks and timely cycle counts
- Comfortable working with cannabis
- Detail oriented
- Strong organization skills

- Must have the ability to maintain and pass an RCMP criminal record check and obtain security clearance. Please note our background check process includes proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status.
