**Job Summary**

The Bartender is responsible for providing high-quality beverage service in a fast-paced golf course clubhouse environment. This role requires a friendly, professional attitude, strong teamwork skills, and strict adherence to alcohol service regulations while maintaining a clean, organized bar and clubhouse.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with **Smart Serve regulations**:

- Provide friendly, professional, and respectful service to all members and guests
- Work efficiently in a **fast-paced environment**, especially during peak hours and events
- **Prep garnishes** and ensure bar is ready for service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
- Work collaboratively with **front-of-house and back-of-house teams** to ensure smooth service
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and support fellow staff as needed
- Assist with **clubhouse janitorial duties**, including cleaning bar areas, wiping surfaces, and sweeping/mopping
- Help with **garbage and recycling removal** at the end of shifts
- Follow all health, safety, and workplace policies

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Valid Smart Serve Certificate mandatory**:

- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to stand for extended periods
