Bartender/server

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure proper food handling practices are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary.

**Skills**
- Strong bartending skills with knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques.
- Excellent math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- Time management abilities to efficiently serve multiple customers during busy periods.
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Ability to provide help and support to team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances the guest experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
