**Digital Marketing Coordinator - Full-time/On-Site**

**Job Brief **The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing social media platforms, developing and implementing B2B marketing strategies, maintaining WordPress websites, and producing visual content including video. A key focus of this position is the monitoring and analysis of performance data through tools like Google Analytics to refine digital campaigns and ensure maximum impact.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the Global Marketing Manager in executing projects by organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies
- Manage and grow social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and web traffic metrics using tools like Google Analytics to optimize digital strategies
- Conduct market research and analyze digital trends to gather critical insights (social media metrics, web analytics, search rankings, etc.)
- Excel in copywriting with strong storytelling techniques and impeccable grammar
- Maintain and update online platforms, including the company website, social media accounts, and other external channels
- Assist with trade show and event logistics
- Foster strong relationships with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Distributors to build trust and collaboration

**Requirements**:

- College or University diploma, ideally in Marketing or a Business-related program
- Expertise in social media management and digital performance analysis (Google Analytics, SEO tools)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to conduct research, analyze data, and produce engaging content
- Capable of multitasking, meeting deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and marketing automation tools
