We offer a dynamic work environment, that is cultivated around passion for growth and excellence. **What you will do** Nordik Spa-Nature's food services complement and elevate the experience of our guests. With 5 different dining options (Restö, Panorama Lounge, Mëzz Café, Biërgarden, Shack), the food service team extends the wellness ritual into a replenishing ritual. Locally sourced food and beverages, served by attentive artisans, bring the farm to the table. The **Supervisor - Food Services** is a key ingredient in our artisan and guest experience. They are passionate about teamwork and have a strong sense of service excellence. **Responsibilities** **_ Daily operations_** - Supervise the operations of the different service points (Restö, Panorama Lounge, Mëzz Café, Biërgarden, Shack) - Ensure follow-ups during closures/openings and shift changes - Ensure positive guest service in all areas; investigate and respond to complaints, taking all appropriate actions - Create an engaging and energetic environment where all artisans work as a high performing team **_ Administrative duties_** - Actively participate in the employee recognition program - Carry out the necessary administrative follow-ups related to the personnel (hiring, discipline, etc.) - Respect company standards and service levels to increase sales and contain costs **To succeed in this position, you will need**: - A minimum of a post-secondary education - A minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in food service or customer service - Bilingualism in French and English **Your profile stands out because of your**: - Analytical mind and creative problem solving - Drive and desire to learn - Strong communication skills (oral and written) - Good judgment and autonomy - Proactive approach to conflict resolution **Salary & Benefits**: - Competitive salary - Comprehensive benefits package (including telemedicine) - Investment in your skills (company paid training, conferences, and more) - Free access to the spa* - Discounts on food, massage therapy, esthetic services, and more* - some conditions apply **Work schedule and status** Full time - 40 hours/week Possibility of a part-time position with weekend availability. **To apply** Please send your resume and cover letter by clicking on "Apply" below.
