**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight**: Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work progresses according to the project schedule and meets quality standards.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- **Resource Management**: Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment, ensuring that resources are available as needed and managing inventory effectively.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor project expenses, track costs, and implement measures to keep the project within the allocated budget.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that construction work meets quality standards and complies with relevant regulations.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and address issues that may arise during construction, implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.41-$40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
