Our Underwriting Managers lead and develop a team of underwriters who customize solutions for our Transportation clients. They leverage their industry knowledge to interact with customers and maintain a high-degree of visibility with our key brokers. As a team, they develop unique solutions for all classes of Transportation & Logistics risk.

With employee development being at the forefront of what they do, they work hard to provide constant training and coaching to set their Underwriters up for success. Being a strategic thinker, they are also able to identify areas of opportunity within the market, while planning and initiating the underwriting strategy for the department.

You’re great at:
- Commercial Underwriting- Coaching & Mentoring- Sales & Negotiation

You have:
- 10+ years of Property + Casualty underwriting experience- Experience leading or mentoring a team- Strong customer service background
