**Description**

Relevant à la Conceptrice de Produits, le(la) technicien(ne) en R&D a pour principale fonction d’assister la conceptrice de produits à préparer des échantillons de produits dans la cuisine de Recherche et
Développement.

**Responsabilités clés**
- Préparer les échantillons pour les envois clients (peser, cuisiner, assembler et emballer).
- Assurer la gestion de l’inventaire des ingrédients de la cuisine R&D.
- Se procurer les ingrédients nécessaires dans l’usine ou à l’épicerie selon les besoins.
- Assurer la bonne gestion et l’identification des échantillons.
- Supporter la conceptrice de produits dans la création de nouvelles recettes/nouveaux concepts.
- Supporter la préparation de séance de dégustation de produits.
- Documentation des recettes et des tests effectués.
- Appliquer des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité en vigueur
- Toutes autres tâches connexes relativement aux activités de Recherche et Développement.

**Exigences**
- Aptitudes physiques pour le travail debout
- Ne pas avoir d’allergies et/ou de restrictions alimentaires
- Bonnes habiletés et dextérité manuelles pour manipuler de façon appropriée les aliments et ingrédients
- Minutie et souci du détail pour réaliser des produits de qualité.
- Disponibilité pour déplacement occasionnels au Canada et/ou États-Unis pour des présentations clients.
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)

**Aptitudes et compétences clés**
- Formation en cuisine (École de cuisine telle qu’ITHQ, Écoles Hotellières, Technique en nutrition ou autre formation connexe pertinente)
- Expérience (2 à 3 années en cuisine)
- Bon sens de l’organisation
- Être méthodique et minutieux
- Facilité à travailler seul ou en équipe
- Capacité de travailler sous pression
- Connaissance de l’anglais

**Horaire de travail et accessibilité**
- 8h à 16 :30h (40 h). Le poste exige toutefois une certaine flexibilité d’horaire.
- 100% en présentiel
- Accessibilité par le Metro Frontenac
