**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing, tracking payments, and resolving any discrepancies
- Perform technical accounting tasks, such as journal entries and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Conduct account analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Maintain knowledge of governmental accounting standards and regulations
- Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices, issuing payments, and reconciling vendor statements
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data and identify trends or issues
- Knowledge of tax regulations and ability to prepare tax documents accurately
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and vendors
- Strong organizational skills to maintain orderly financial records and documentation

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
