Vivier Pharma is a Canadian Pharmaceutical Skin Care company with over 20 years of experience in the Medical Aesthetic Industry. We are currently looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team based out of our Vaudreuil-Dorion head office. The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for providing a leading customer care experience. The role encompasses all areas of customer service, including effective communication with customers, collaborating with various departments, such as sales, and ensuring accurate and timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns. This is a permanent, full time hybrid position.

What you will be responsible for
- Process customer care transactions including order entry, new account openings, account updates, payments, and returns
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns and complaints to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs, provide product information, and support sales process
- Support customer care initiatives implemented by management
What are we looking for
- CEGEP or College diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum three (3) years of previous Customer Care/Service experience
- Ability to identify customer needs and exceed expectations
- Strong call handling and active listening skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers
- Ability to identify problems, and generate solutions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to write professionally, concisely, and accurately
- English language proficiency is required for this job

Ce dont vous serez responsable
- Servir de point de contact principal pour les clients par téléphone, courrier électronique, clavardage et médias sociaux
- Traiter les transactions liées au service à la clientèle, y compris l'entrée des commandes, l'ouverture de nouveaux comptes, les mises à jour de comptes, les paiements et les retours.
- Avoir une connaissance approfondie des produits, des services et des politiques afin de répondre efficacement aux demandes des clients et de leur fournir des informations exactes.
- Cerner et résoudre de manière proactive les préoccupations et les plaintes des clients afin de garantir une résolution rapide.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe des ventes pour répondre aux besoins des clients, fournir des informations sur les produits et soutenir le processus de vente.
- Envoyer des communications sortantes (courriel/téléphone) aux clients en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise.
Ce que nous recherchons
- Diplôme de cégep ou d'études collégiales ou expérience équivalente
- Minimum de trois (3) ans d'expérience dans le domaine du service à la clientèle
- Capacité à identifier les besoins des clients et à dépasser leurs attentes
- Solides compétences en matière de traitement des appels et d'écoute active
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et attitude positive
