We are looking for a Client Program Manager to help grow our business and contribute to our future.
The Client Program Manager is accountable for the successful planning and execution of large-scale projects with multi-year implementation plans. Serving as the operational lead, the Manager is responsible for managing both the implementation phase and the ongoing operations post-implementation. This role will have day-to-day oversight of program activities, performance monitoring, and production management, to ensure that internal processes and deliverables consistently meet client expectations and organizational standards.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, other highlights include:
- Lead, delegate, and drive project teams to complete deliverables within defined timelines and budgets.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with business requirements and organizational strategy.
- Manage stakeholder interactions and engagement, coordinating decision-making and ensuring expectations are met.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Provide executives and stakeholders with status updates, reporting, and contract management oversight.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, including ISO, audit requirements, and SLA commitments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day program management and operational matters with the client.
- Oversee ongoing production activities, including SLA reporting, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure programs meet agreed upon service levels and deliver sustained value to the client.
- Facilitate the transition from implementation to steady state operations, maintaining program effectiveness post-go-live.
- Support teams through organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
- Lead change management strategies and initiatives to enhance efficiency and adoption.
- Facilitate training, process documentation, and communication strategies to support business transformation.
- Contribute to the development of standardized governance processes and best practices for program execution.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate lessons learned sessions and lead resolution of identified areas for improvement.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years experience with project manage and/or client relationship management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale projects with long-term implementation plans.
- Strong background in managing day-to-day client interactions and ensuring operational success.
- Experience overseeing post-implementation activities, including SLA reporting, performance management, and production oversight.
- Experience working with government entities and understanding regulatory environments and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in document management, digitization, and redaction technologies and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate risks and proactively address challenges.
