We are currently hiring a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to join our Alberta team.
**Job Summary**
The Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day operations at our Alberta distribution centre. This role involves hands-on warehouse duties (order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving) along with inventory control and purchasing responsibilities. You’ll work closely with our head office and Ontario warehouse to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, and shipping
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records; perform cycle counts and stock reconciliations
- Place and track purchase orders with suppliers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Use software systems to process orders and manage stock
- Communicate with team members across locations to coordinate supply chain activities
- Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics roles
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience using inventory or order management software (e.g., NetSuite, Fishbowl)
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs
- Forklift certification is an asset, but not required
- Experience in the medical supply or healthcare distribution industry is a bonus

Pay: $52,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
