Job Description:
SUMMARY OF THE POSITION

The intern will join a multi-tasking corporate communications team. He or she will have the opportunity to work on several aspects of internal and external communications, including writing publications for the company's social networks, coordinating events, writing articles for the corporate intranet, etc.
- MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Receive briefing, conduct research to write communications for our internal and external audiences-
- Participate in the development of social media posts and coordination of online posting.-
- Ensure the quality of written language in various documents from the Public Affairs, Communications and Strategy department, with a particular focus on English-
- In collaboration with the communications coordinators, participate in the coordination of public and internal events, as well as certain special projects of the company.-
- Participate in the development and outreach of the 1Cogeco Community Engagement Day-
- Participate in updating various tracking tools for the service (corporate calendar, events calendar, tracking table for executive nominations and awards, etc.)**REQUIREMENTS**:

- ACADEMIC TRAINING- Bachelor's degree in communication and related fields, English writing (in progress)WORK EXPERIENCE- Experience in a corporate communications team is an assetSPECIFIC SKILLS- Excellent writing skills in both English and French, with a predominance of English.-
