About the team you are joining

You will report to the Assistant Director, Corporate Communications, Americas, and support the roll-out of global communications activities (both external and internal) of the IATA Corporate Communications Team.

What your day would be like

Support internal communications activities by assisting in drafting messages, uploading posts on the intranet and photography/filming as required;
Assist in social media activities including monitoring account activities, posting provided texts to the appropriate channels as well as designing assets to support messaging;
Support press release distribution, including updating media contact database;
Assist webteam in content creation and updates for iata.org;
Support IATA events by assisting with media travel request and content/program updates;
Recording videos.

We would love to hear from you if

You have excellent communication and analytical skills;
You are an effective team player in a multicultural working environment;
Excellent PC skills, particularity with MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and MS Project; and basic website CMS knowledge.

You are proficient in English.

Knowledge of any other language would be an asset, especially French, Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Have experience in video production/editing (Adobe Premiere Pro / Adobe After Effects / Final
Cut Pro / Apple Motion), visual communications (Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator) would be an asset;
