Orion Total Tech is a family-run device repair and tech support business serving Edson and Yellowhead County. We specialize in device repairs, phone and computer services, and general tech support. A significant portion of our services includes phone screen and battery replacements, enhancing laptop performance, and providing password assistance and tech support.
- Job Description_:
We're seeking a smartphone and computer repair technician to join our growing business. We are the only full-service tech support & repair shop in Yellowhead County, and we are looking for an individual that can handle hands-on work at our business location, which is open Monday to Friday 11am to 7pm (shifts may land between 11am and 8pm).

** Flexible Hours **
- Duties may include_:

- replacing smartphone and tablet screens & batteries
- replacing laptop & desktop PC components
- in-person tech support and consultation
- diagnosing hardware & software issues
- assisting technicians
- light-duty cleaning and organizing
- inventory management; ordering parts, restocking
- customer communication
- research & estimation
- running errands fetching packages etc.
- counting cash & making change
- handling customer property
- working with networks or cameras
- sales
- Required skills:_
- ability to learn quickly
- experience fixing things
- technical knowledge in any area
- good communication skills
- touch-typing at 60 WPM (words-per-minute)
- English language fluency
- basic mathematics skills
- average or better memory
- customer services and sales

Offering hourly wage of **$20 per hour** for _qualified _applicants.

Ideal applicants will have already repaired devices on a professional level, and have reliable transportation, as well as being able to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
