**About Us**:
Orion Total Tech is a family-owned business offering expert device repair and comprehensive tech support, including phone and computer services, to customers in Edson and Yellowhead County.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Handle invoicing, payments, and occasional cash transactions. Perform paper filing for receipts and assist in managing staff reminders and shop to-do lists to ensure tasks are not forgotten. Ensure workspace organization and perform light cleaning tasks.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, order necessary parts/products, and maintain supplier relationships. Ensure printers are stocked and functioning.
- **Basic Technical Support**: Assist with categorizing devices, distinguishing between various tech products, and communicating effectively with customers who may have limited tech experience. A willingness to learn device model identification is essential.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Prior experience in secretarial, reception, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills for frequent interaction with customers, technicians, and suppliers.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Proficient typing speed exceeding 60 WPM.
- Familiarity with basic tech terminology, such as storage (GB) and device types (phones, laptops, tablets, etc.), with a willingness to expand this knowledge.
- Ability to work independently, with potential keyholder responsibilities including opening and closing the shop.

**Work Commitment & Availability**:

- Flexible schedule, Monday to Friday.
- Overtime is not expected, and weekends/holidays are generally off.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
