**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to their orders.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and stay up-to-date with any updates or changes.
- Document customer interactions and issues accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify and report common trends in customer inquiries to improve products and services.
- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Set up and manage payment plans for clients, ensuring payments are received on schedule.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while assisting customers.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous customer support or service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Empathetic and patient with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and committed to providing exceptional service.
- Willingness to adapt to new processes and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation, as no public transportation is available at our business location.
