**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs - inside and outside
- Move furniture, equipment and supplies
- Empty waste containers
- Snow clearing/salting
- Shipping duties if required
- Driving duties as required
- Running Cable (Voice/Data/Video)

**Qualifications**:

- Able to work without supervision in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license with own transportation
- Able to work overtime when required
- Basic knowledge of Computers
- High school diploma
