**WE ARE HIRING - Building Maintenance Technician.**

**Renyx Group** is currently seeking a **Building Maintenance Technician** to join our growing team

We are looking for a **reliable and experienced individual** to handle both **general building maintenance** and **cleaning responsibilities** to ensure our properties are well-maintained, safe, and clean.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of building maintenance and repair tasks
- Complete painting, drywall repairs, flooring repairs, basic plumbing, and other general upkeep duties
- Ensure cleanliness of the building and maintain cleanliness standards
- Conduct routine cleaning of common areas, hallways, garbage rooms, stairwells, etc.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Experience in general building maintenance preferred
- Basic knowledge of **fire and safety**:

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- **G or G2 Driver’s License** is required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
