**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking highly motivated and ambitious Mortgage Agents to join our dynamic team. As a Mortgage Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in securing mortgage financing options that best fit their needs and financial goals. You will leverage your expertise in the mortgage industry to provide personalized advice and guidance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain a client base by cultivating relationships with prospective borrowers, real estate professionals, and other referral sources.
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and analyze client's financial information to determine suitable mortgage options.
- Collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely mortgage transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, products, and market trends to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or inquiries throughout the mortgage process.

Qualifications:

- Must hold a valid Sub-Mortgage or Mortgage Agent License in British Columbia - BCFSA or Successfully completed the BC Mortgage Course.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Mortgage Agent or in a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending guidelines, and underwriting procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Proficient in using mortgage industry software and technology.
