Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage several aspects of property operations, including leasing and tenant relations
- Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes and lease renewals

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in property management or related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
- Phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Vehicle required.
