**Job Summary**
- Provide support to a variety departments when it comes to building and facilities up keep. They will be required to support the Fenwick and Cayuga location based on business demands.

**Pay: $22.50/hr**

**Day Shift**

**Main Duties**
- Assisting with ACMPR destruction methods using farm tractor and manual labour
- Small construction projects
- Landscaping duties including maintenance of foilage, grass and gardens
- General maintenance of equipment, Pil changes and other fixes
- Unloading trucks and shipments with wheel loader/tractor/skid steer
- Possible deliveries with Hino
- Inventory support as necessary - month, quarter and year end counts
- Availability to work weekend if necessary
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education/Skills Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, lift heavy equipment, and perform manual labour
- Operate vehicles like tractors, trailers, forklifts, HINO, or other machinery designed to aid in the transport of heavy materials
- Experience in warehouse work

**Working Conditions**:

- Repetitive tasks
- Sit/stand for extended periods of time
- Handling heavy loads (up to 50 lbs)
- Operating large machinery in a safe manner
- Hand-eye coordination
- Working indoor/outdoor year-round in all temperatures
