At Top Medical Transportation we provide comfortable and caring non-urgent medical transportation for individuals who need a stretcher or wheelchair service. We are always looking for caring, dedicated people to join our team. We are looking to fill a full-time position for weekday mornings and/or weekends.

**Description**:
Duties Include:

- Collaboration with health facility staff such as hospitals and long term care homes to book patient transfers into our system with complete details
- Facilitating the on-time delivery of patients and making sure all information is correct and updated
- Communicating with our medical attendants to make sure delivery is smooth and a positive experience for everyone
- Keeping work area and computer documents neat and tidy

Qualifications:

- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Previous dispatcher experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset
- Ability to read maps well and are good with roads and directions within Central Ontario preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to provide consistent and constant communication to our employees and other staff we communicate with
- Able to multi-task and adapt to different and changing environments
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with computers and specifically Microsoft Office
- Must be proficient in English (written and spoken)
