Come work with us Job Summary **A Brief Overview** - and long-term open enrolment and custom programs, and simultaneously prepares for multiple programs at once. The variety and complexity of programs requires the ability to quickly adjust to various customer needs and build rapport with different personalities. In this position, the individual must work effectively as a member of a team to ensure that systems are developed, maintained and continually improved to ensure programs operate effectively, efficiently, and in the highest standing. This position reports to the Associate Director, Client Services and Operations, and works collaboratively with the Business Development and Program Management teams within Executive Education. **Job Description**: " - **What you will do** - Researches and develops plans for identifying target markets for assigned areas to meet enrollment objectives. - Plans and coordinates large recruitment events including logistics, itineraries, and budgets. - Develops, prepares and delivers recruitment presentations to potential enrollees at recruitment activities, fairs, events, and other outreach opportunities. - Analyzes data and prepares reports on recruitment efforts and progress on meeting enrollment objectives. - Other duties as required in support of the department and/or unit. **Required Education** - Four-Year Bachelor Degree or equivalent. **Required Experience** - More than 3 years and up to and including 5 years of experience. **Job Knowledge and Requirements** " Employment Equity and Accessibility Statement **Skills** **Reference** - 313884
