We are a fast paced, production-oriented machine shop with plenty of opportunity for growth. We ship our product all over North America and are recognized as a premier brand that supports the diesel truck aftermarket. We are a growing shop looking for new additions to the team as we expand. We are currently looking for **Assembly Technician - Torque Converters** in our Transmission Department and would love to have you as a part of our team in the effort of expanding operations.

Day Shift, Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Operating manual lathe to open converter cores
- Painting end product with pneumatic paint gun
- Operating an automatic welding machine
- Performing sub-assembly work using equipment such as; arbor press, hydraulic press, pneumatic rivet press and piston bonder
- Following work orders and schedule to determine requirements and build sequences
- Operating converter and flex plate balancing machines
- Leak-testing final product
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision, be self-motivated and a team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to lift and move 40+ lbs
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Experienced with basic hand tools in a production environment
- Machining and/or welding experience preferred
