**What Would You Do?**

**The duties and responsibilities of this position would include**:

- Package finished products for shipment.
- Reading and verifying labels
- Following safe work procedures, operate bubble-wrap machine.
- Following safe work procedures, cut and score cardboard using the Olfa knife.
- Following safe work procedures, attach wood protectors as required.
- Following safe work procedures, operate lift table and tilt table for packing motion products.
- Using safe lifting and pushing techniques to move product to the shipping area.
- Working cooperatively with the Team Leader and other team members.
- Able to support other departments if needed.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and move sofas, loveseats and chairs is required.
- Responsible and safe work habits.
- Be a team player.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Must be able to follow 5S.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Flexible and available for scheduled overtime.
- Experience using Olfa utility knife, screw gun, tape gun, and lift table.
- Ability to stand, crouch, bend, reach, and stoop for long periods of time.
- Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, as this position requires lifting, bending, and moderate physical exertion.
