**What Would You Do?**

**The duties and responsibilities of this position would include**:

- Reading and verifying labels.
- Wrap and pack products using a tape gun.
- Following safe work procedures, operate bubble-wrap machine.
- Following safe work procedures, cut and score cardboard using the Olfa knife.
- Following safe work procedures, attach wood protectors as required.
- Following safe work procedures, operate lift table and tilt table for packing motion products.
- Using safe lifting and pushing techniques to move products to the shipping area.
- Working cooperatively with the Team Leader and other team members.
- Keep area clean and organized
- Work cooperatively with the Team Leader and other team members.
- Work cooperatively with the Team Leader and other team members.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and move sofas, loveseats, and chairs is required.
- Organizational skills.
- Must be able to follow 5S.
- Experience using Olfa utility knife, screw gun, tape gun, and lift table.
- Practice responsible and safe work habits.
- Quick learning and willing to be cross-trained.
- Respectful of workplace diversity.
- Ability to stand, crouch, bend, reach, and stoop for long periods of time.
- Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination.
- Must be able to work in a noisy environment.
- Highly repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to quickly move arms and legs.
- Excellent stamina is required.
- Ability lift carry and maneuver: 300 lbs (136.1 kg) floor to waist; 25 lbs (11.3 kg) from waist to shoulder; 10 lbs (4.5 kg) above the shoulder.
