Our people are our greatest asset - especially as Uline continues to grow as a top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials Join us as National Finance Manager to oversee Uline Canada’s high-volume Accounts Payable and Cash Applications teams.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Oversee and develop a team of 8+, ensuring quality execution of finance activities and achievement of goals.
- Collaborate with the Accounting and Credit / Collection functions to design shared procedures for optimal customer service and efficiency.
- Maintain an environment of strong internal controls.
- Manage internal audits within the department to assess process improvements, and individual performance / coaching opportunities.
- Support the Controller and Director of Finance in management and development of the Finance department.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting. CPA **preferred.**
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Accounting or Accounts Payable in a high-volume environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
- Strong communication skills.
