**POSITION OVERVIEW**

Waypoint is seeking a motivated Insurance Professional to join our client-focused team as a Road Advisor. As a Road Agent, you will play a vital role in servicing client insurance needs by visiting them at dealerships. If you are passionate about client service, eager to grow into a producer, and enjoy being on the road, this opportunity is for you. Our client, a subsidiary of a well-established insurance brokerage, is experiencing significant growth and is expanding its team to better serve clients in British Columbia.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and secure the best coverage.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by anticipating client needs.
- Manage and process renewals promptly, ensuring high client retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by securing expiry dates and cross-selling.
- Provide support to clients in the claims process.
- Travel short distances on a daily basis.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Level-1 Insurance Broker License.
- At least 1 year of previous insurance experience.
- High motivation and strong time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Accountability and problem-solving ability.
- Valid driver's license in BC and access to a vehicle for travel.
