**Business Project Analyst I**

We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset who can determine business and technical requirements, define solutions, identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, your key duties will include:

- liaising with internal and external agencies, vendors and departments to gather, review and assess feasibility of business requirements and change requests
- assisting in the development of project plans and budgets, estimating resources for client approval and managing activities to ensure completion against project objectives and timeline
- preparing and maintaining operating instructions, procedures, processes, and project documentation for users and technical staff

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**:

- Completion of a university degree or diploma in computer science, engineering or business with a technology focus, plus sound related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Certificate in business analysis from the IIBA or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) will be considered a definite asset
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in an Business Analyst or similar role
- Certification in ITIL or similar service delivery framework is preferred
- Required Police Security Clearance applicable to the position must be acquired and maintained

**SECURITY REQUIREMENTS**:
As a condition of employment at E-Comm, the required Police Security Clearance applicable to the position must be acquired and maintained. This is a process carried out by our law enforcement partner agencies, facilitated by E-Comm. The minimum residency in Canada to qualify for this position, as established by our law enforcement partner agencies, is 5 years.

Vaccination Policy: E-Comm 911 has a vaccination policy that is currently suspended. However, should the policy be reinstated, it will be a requirement for all current and future employees.
