**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in managing bar supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events such as banquets or catering functions.
- Uphold responsible serving practices by checking identification to verify legal drinking age.

**Skills**
- Proficient in Aloha POS and Micros POS systems.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a busy environment.
- Excellent sales abilities with a focus on upselling drinks and food items.
- Previous fine dining experience is preferred; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus.
- Solid understanding of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and craft cocktails is an advantage.
