Are you a detail-oriented and driven professional with a passion for making a difference? The Kinsmen Foundation is seeking an **Event & Fundraising Administrator** to support the planning and execution of our signature annual event, **TeleMiracle**, and other impactful fundraising initiatives.
This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work in the heart of Saskatchewan’s nonprofit sector, helping to raise vital funds to improve the quality of life and independence of those in need.
**What You'll Do**
As the Event & Fundraising Administrator, you’ll play a key support role, with responsibilities spanning:
**Event Administration**
- Coordinate Telemiracle committees, meetings, and communications
- Manage school contests, talent segments, donor presentations, and logistics
- Oversee event scheduling and “Take-Off Sheets”
- Track Gift-in-Kind donations and ensure acknowledgments
**Fundraising Support**
- Serve as a point of contact for fundraisers and corporate partners
- Provide admin support including outbound calling, booking meetings, scheduling, and documentation
- Assist in executing peer-to-peer and corporate fundraising campaigns
- Help manage the monthly donor program and PR Tour logistics
**Executive Assistance & General Administrative Support**
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and travel for the Executive Director
- Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, meeting agendas, and correspondence
- Track and follow up on projects and action items for the ED
- Assist in planning and executing internal initiatives and youth engagement strategies
- Help maintain organized filing systems and manage confidential information
**Who You Are**
**Required**:
- Experience in event planning, fundraising, or nonprofit administration
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event software
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting
**Preferred**:
- Familiarity with donor management systems (CRM)
- Nonprofit experience or knowledge of peer-to-peer fundraising
**Additional Information**
- Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 per year
- This role will require **some evenings and weekends**:
- **Additional hours may be necessary during peak event times**, especially around TeleMiracle
