We are currently seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Restaurant Server in The Den.

**Position Summary**:
As a Den Server at Nita Lake Lodge, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service to our restaurant guests during dinner service. You’ll be an integral part of our Food & Beverage team, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and exceptional dining experience. This role includes taking accurate orders, making menu recommendations, and maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of the dining area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**: Deliver exceptional, warm, and professional guest service following Nita Lake Lodge’s standards.
- **Engagement**: Interact with guests, provide menu recommendations, and answer any questions about our offerings.
- **Order Management**: Take food and beverage orders accurately, input them into the system, and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
- **Cleanliness**: Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, ensuring tables are set and sanitized.
- **Billing**: Present bills accurately, process payments, and handle cash/credit transactions in line with restaurant procedures.
- **Daily Duties**: Complete opening and closing duties as per the provided checklist.
- **Health & Safety**: Adhere to all Health & Safety protocols and be familiar with emergency procedures.
- **Professionalism**: Uphold the highest standards of personal grooming and professional appearance.
- **Team Collaboration**: Attend team meetings and training sessions and support your colleagues as needed.
- **Additional Duties**: Perform any other tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Certification**: Valid **Serving it Right** certification.
- **Experience**: Minimum of **3 years of previous serving experience** in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- **Skills**: Strong attention to detail, basic wine knowledge, and excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
- **Professionalism**: Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
